The Chromalox CIR-20181 Cartridge Heater Element Assembly is a 3/8-inch-diameter, 1-3/4-inch-long insertion cartridge heater rated for 150 watts at 120 VAC, designed to deliver localized heat in dies, molds, and other equipment where precise control is required. As the 150 W, 120 V variant in Chromalox's CIR family, it shares the standard CIR construction used for insertion-type heaters. Typical applications for CIR cartridge heaters include dies and molds, packaging machinery, laminating/adhesives, hot glue melting, lead melting, medical devices, extruding dies, stamping and marking machines.
