Cincinnati Electrosystems 430-2000-15-1-S0 Panel Meter

The Cincinnati Electrosystems 430-2000-15-1-S0 is a 2000-series indoor panel meter designed for mounting in control panels and displaying process data via a backlit LCD. It can be powered from 93–135 VAC or 190–270 VAC, or from unregulated 10–30 VDC, drawing about 6 W, and it is rated Type 4X for indoor use with an operating temperature range of 0 to 40 °C. The unit measures approximately 6.85 in wide by 7.70 in high by 3.67 in deep and weighs about 2 lb. Its display is a backlit Super Twist LCD with 20 characters per line; revisions show two lines in 2024 and four lines in 2025, with adjustable contrast and 5 mm, 5×7 dot characters. Communications are provided via Port A (Greyline) and Port B (PLC) offering serial RS‑232, RS‑422, RS‑485 or current loop, with Baud rates of 300, 600, 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, and 19.2K; program mode uses 9600 only, while run mode supports the full range. An auxiliary Port X provides RS‑232/RS‑422/RS‑485 with configurable baud for run. The meter uses Flash EPROM for program storage with 128K optional, and mounting supports panel thickness from 0.060" to 0.135" using the supplied hardware, with mounting torque 6–8 in‑lb. It carries UL and CUL approvals. This panel meter is intended for industrial panel installations where real‑time display of measured values is required and multiple serial interfaces enable easy integration with PLCs and data‑logging systems.
