The Gardasoft PP500 LED Lighting Controller provides two independently controlled current channels for machine-vision lighting, combining power regulation, timing, and triggering in a compact 12–48 V DC package. Each channel handles up to 2 A continuous or 10 A pulsed, with a supply range of 12–48 V DC, enabling both steady illumination and high-peak bursts. Modes per channel include continuous (SCo), pulse/strobe (SPu) with delay and pulse width from 20 µs to 1 s (20 µs steps on the standard PP500; PP500F offers 1 µs-step timing), and switched (SOn) control, with SafeSense technology to protect LEDs from overdrive. The unit can be configured from the front panel and, optionally, via Ethernet for remote control, with mounting options including DIN rail or fixed-panel installation.
