Cisco WS-C3850-12X48U-L Layer 3 Ethernet Switch

Cisco WS-C3850-12X48U-L is a stackable Catalyst 3850 Layer 3 Ethernet switch built in a 1U chassis with an 1100 W power supply, designed for enterprise access-layer deployments. It provides 48 ports in total—12 multi-rate UPOE ports that support 100 Mbps, 1G, 2.5G, 5G, or 10G, and 36 additional 1G UPOE ports—delivering power and data to a wide range of devices. The switch runs the LAN Base feature set and includes a single network module slot for expansion, allowing scalable, stackable deployments with centralized management. With UPOE on the majority of ports and Layer 3 capabilities, this model is well suited for powering IP phones and wireless access points while enabling routing and inter-VLAN communication at the network edge.
