Each port supports up to 1 Gbps, with an operational reach of up to 100 meters on Category 5 copper cabling. This fabric-enabled module is designed to work with Cisco Catalyst 6500 Supervisor Engines 2T and 2TXL and supports DFC4 and DFC4XL configurations to enable the Catalyst 6500’s distributed switching fabric.
