Clippard Instrument Laboratory HS-9901 Hall Effect Sensor
Clippard Instrument Laboratory HS-9901 Hall Effect Sensor
Description:
The Clippard Instrument Laboratory HS-9901 Hall Effect Sensor is a compact magnetic-field sensing device designed for automation and control applications. It operates from a 5–28 VDC supply and draws about 25 mA, making it straightforward to power from standard control panels. The sensor delivers a 0.4 VDC output with a current capability of up to 300 mA, enabling easy interfacing with nearby logic circuits or drivers. As a Hall-effect sensor, it provides non-contact detection of a magnetic field, which makes it suitable for detecting magnetic field presence within modular systems that employ Clippard components. Because sensing is non-contact, it helps minimize wear in assemblies where magnets are used for position or proximity sensing. Built by Clippard Instrument Laboratory, the HS-9901 is geared toward reliable integration in compact pneumatic and electronic control setups.
