Cognex IS8402M-363-50 In-Sight Smart Camera Module

The Cognex IS8402M-363-50 In-Sight Smart Camera is a high-performance industrial vision system with onboard image processing that handles automated inspection, identification, measurement, and quality control on production lines without a PC. It features a 2 MP monochrome CMOS sensor with a global shutter, a maximum resolution of 1600 × 1200, and a frame rate up to 53 FPS (application dependent). The camera uses a C-Mount lens and provides 512 MB Flash for program memory and 512 MB SDRAM for image processing, with Gigabit Ethernet and Power over Ethernet (48 VDC) for power and data. I/O includes 1 opto-isolated trigger input and 2 opto-isolated outputs. Operating temperature ranges from 0°C to 50°C, and the enclosure is IP40 (with lens and cables installed).
