Columbus McKinnon Budgit I-Beam Trolley, model 80-1-4MT, is a heavy-duty I-beam trolley designed to ride along overhead runway beams and position loads with Budgit hoists. Rated for 4 metric tons, it is part of CMCO’s Budgit I-Beam and Patented Track Trolleys family, built to fit a range of standard I-beam flange widths; spacer washers are included with each trolley to accommodate the maximum flange width the unit is designed to fit. The component list includes a cross pin and retaining hardware sized for two common flange ranges, with cross-pin sizes specified as 7-9/16" I.G. for 2-5/8" to 4-5/8" flanges and 9-7/8" I.G. for 5" to 7" flanges, along with the axle, ball bearing, and wheel parts that comprise the wheel-assembly.
