Cooper Bussmann by Eaton 1BS104 Modular Fuse Block is a single-pole, modular fuse base designed for high-current protection in electrical power distribution systems. It is rated for 600 A and up to 600 V, with an interrupt rating of 200 kAIC, and uses a set-screw termination with tin-plated aluminum connectors mounted on a molded black phenolic base. The block uses zinc-plated steel studs, nuts, and washers for secure mounting and accepts conductors from 4 AWG to 500 kcmil Cu/Al when fuses are installed, enabling use in demanding industrial applications that require compact, modular protection. It has an operating temperature rating up to 150°C.
