The Dell PowerEdge M520 barebones blade server module is a half-height blade designed for Dell PowerEdge M1000e enclosures, delivering scalable compute density in data centers where virtualization and multi-tenant workloads run inside blade chassis. This barebones unit ships with the motherboard but requires server processors and memory to be installed; it supports Intel Xeon E5-2400 and E5-2400 v2 series processors and DDR3 ECC Registered memory across up to 12 DIMM slots.
