Facts Engineering F1-130DR Programmable Logic Controller Module
Description:
The F1-130DR is an AC-powered DirectLOGIC 105 micro PLC that consolidates the CPU, power supply, and I/O into a compact housing for small automation tasks. It provides 10 DC inputs (12–24 VDC, PNP/NPN, three isolated commons) and eight relay outputs (12–30 VDC, 12–250 VAC, up to 7 A per point, with four isolated commons), enabling straightforward control of sensors and actuators from a single module. The unit operates from 95–240 VAC and includes a built-in RS-232C programming port for setup and diagnostics. Programmed in Ladder Logic and Sequential Function Chart (SFC), it offers 2.4K words of total memory (2048 words for the program, 384 words for data) and a library of 91 instructions including math and data-manipulation features. A built-in super-capacitor preserves user data for up to three weeks during power interruptions. The F1-130DR is designed for DL105 family applications and can supply 24VDC at up to 0.5 A to auxiliary devices; each word is two bytes, reflecting its compact memory footprint. This combination makes the F1-130DR suitable for compact, dependable control of simple machines, conveyors, and discrete I/O tasks where mains-powered micro PLCs are appropriate.
