The Festo DHPS-16-A 1254043 Pneumatic Parallel Gripper is a dual-acting, two-jaw parallel gripper designed for precise handling in pneumatic automation systems. It delivers about 60 N of gripping force per jaw at 6 bar with a 2 mm stroke per jaw, enabling repeatable pick-and-place and transfer of small components in compact automation setups such as electronics assembly, manufacturing lines, robotics, and packaging equipment. Constructed with an aluminum housing and hardened steel jaws, it supports through-hole or direct mounting and uses a M5 pneumatic connection, operating on 2–8 bar and achieving a repeatability of ±0.02 mm; the operating temperature range is 0°C to +60°C and the operating medium is compressed air (ISO 8573-1 compliant).
