The Flowserve Worcester Controls 1539SN R6 Pneumatic Actuator is a direct-mounted, 90-degree rack-and-pinion actuator paired with a stainless steel ball valve for industrial process automation. It uses a Series 39 / F39 pneumatic spring-return design to provide precise, automated valve positioning with an operating pressure range of 40–120 psi (maximum 120 psi) and a standard -40°F to 180°F temperature range. With ISO 5211 and NAMUR mounting compatibility, corrosion-resistant coated aluminum housing, and stainless steel guide rod and fasteners, it supports reliable valve operation in demanding environments. The assembly features reinforced TFE seat material for the stainless steel ball valve, is compatible with water, steam, compressed air, oil, and chemicals, and offers adjustable travel stops and modular accessory mounting for flexible integration.
