Garlock KLOZURE 21086-2870 is a single-lip, spring-loaded rotary oil seal from Garlock’s Model 53 series, designed to retain lubricant and exclude contaminants in industrial rotating equipment. It fits a shaft diameter of 4.875 in (123.83 mm), a bore diameter of 5.875 in (149.23 mm), and is 0.500 in (12.70 mm) wide, with a cold rolled steel (CRS) case and MILL-RIGHT® N nitrile lip. The seal is rated for up to 7 psi (0.48 bar) and is commonly used in gearboxes, centrifugal pumps, electric motors, fans, conveyors, steel processing equipment, pulp and paper machinery, mining equipment, and other rotating machinery where effective lubricant retention and contaminant exclusion are essential.
