Grass Technologies DCM8 Auxiliary DC Input Module
Grass Technologies DCM8 Auxiliary DC Input Module
Description:
Grass Technologies’ DCM8 Auxiliary DC Input Module is an eight-channel, non-isolated DC input interface for the AURA PSG system, packaged in a compact plastic enclosure that includes a wall-mount bracket. It provides eight 3.5 mm DC input jacks (plus one 3.5 mm jack for an event pushbutton), with four channels configured as single-ended and four as differential to accommodate a wide range of auxiliary sensor outputs. The module is standard with the AUXL-P AURA PSG System and available as an option for the AU-P AURA PSG Portable System, enabling flexible deployment in both lab and portable sleep studies. Electrical specs include input impedance of at least 20 MΩ per input (including the reference), differential DC voltage tolerance up to 500 mV, and an overall input range of ±2.5 V. The standard bandwidth is 0.5 Hz to 100 Hz (-3 dB), with 0.1–100 Hz recoverable when used with the Twin (TWin) option, ensuring accurate capture of DC and near-DC signals associated with auxiliary measurements and event marking in PSG workflows.
