The HPE Aruba JQ026A 5980 switch delivers high-performance Layer 2/3 switching in a compact 1U form factor for data centers and enterprise cores. It features 48 × 10 GbE SFP+ ports and 6 × QSFP28 uplinks (100 GbE, with 40 GbE breakout support), enabling dense access with high-speed aggregation. With a switching capacity up to approximately 3.6 Tbps and a forwarding rate up to ~2.67 Bpps, it is designed for low-latency, non-blocking, cut-through operation.
