The Hewlett Packard Enterprise Aruba R0X42A is a 24-port 10Gb Ethernet expansion module for Aruba CX 6400 chassis, providing high-speed access and scalable capacity in enterprise campus and data center networks. It offers 24 × 10GBase-T copper ports for server and device connectivity and includes 4 × SFP56 uplink ports that support 1/10/25/50 GbE transceivers, with data rates up to 10 Gbps per copper port and up to 50 Gbps for uplinks. Designed as a plug-in modular line card, it operates within the Aruba CX 6400 non-blocking fabric (multi-terabit capacity per chassis) and is compatible with 6405 and 6410 series chassis for high-density 10GbE expansion in campus cores, aggregation layers, and data center backbones, including environments transitioning from 1GbE to 10GbE.
