The Hub City 02-20-20720-183 Gear Reducer delivers a 60:1 worm-gear speed reduction in a right-angle drive designed for continuous or intermittent industrial service. It uses a solid input shaft and solid output shaft, a cast-iron housing, oil-bath lubrication, and tapered roller bearings to support high-torque operation. The gear set uses a hardened steel worm with a bronze gear, supports bi-directional input rotation, and offers mounting as foot mounted or universal. With a maximum starting torque up to 300% of rated capacity, it is commonly applied in conveyors, mixers, screw conveyors, food processing equipment, agricultural machinery, packaging lines, and other industrial power transmission systems.
