IDEM Safety KM-203011 Safety Interlock Switch

The IDEM KM-203011 Safety Interlock Switch is a tongue-operated safety switch designed to monitor the position of sliding, hinged, or lift-off machine guards and prevent machine operation when a guard is not securely closed. It features a die-cast aluminum housing and head with 90° adjustability and eight actuator entry positions, plus a 1/2 in. NPT female conduit entry and a 30 mm mounting profile. The switch provides two NC safety contacts and two NO auxiliary contacts with slow-action, positive-opening safety contacts and an anti-tamper mechanism. Designed for medium- to heavy-duty guarding in CNC machines, packaging equipment, robotic cells, conveyors, presses, and automated production lines.
