The Industrial 1100DH100 Positive Drive Timing Belt is a synchronous power transmission belt designed for industrial machinery and mechanical drive systems, delivering a slip-free, positive drive when paired with DH or H profile timing pulleys. It features a DH (Double-Sided H) tooth profile, 110 inches in length and 1 inch in width, with 220 teeth and a 1/2 inch (12.7 mm) tooth pitch, built with a rubber body and fiberglass tensile cords reinforced by fiberglass. The DH-profile tooth design provides high torque capacity and dependable performance in demanding industrial applications, including conveyors, packaging equipment, printing presses, and textile machinery within automated production systems. It operates from -30°C to +100°C, offers moderate oil resistance, and has ozone resistance, and conforms to RMA/ISO timing belt standards.
