Industrial 115151IS Control Relay Module IECEx

The iMAC CRM Module 115151IS is an intrinsically safe control relay module (CRM) for the iMAC system, offered as the 24 V DC variant and IECEx Ex ia Group I Ma certified. It provides a single IS relay output that mirrors the iMAC2 Controller’s Control Relay (CR) status and can be wired in series with the controller’s CR to form a 1oo2 SIL3-rated safety path. The module is electrically isolated from the iMAC Fieldbus, supports multiple power-supply options, and can be mounted on a standard DIN rail or as a feet-mounted unit for flexible installation. Status indicators include a power-healthy LED, a CR-energised LED, and a multifunction diagnostic status LED, while operation is controlled remotely by the iMAC Controller. Within the iMAC CRM family there are three variants for 24 VDC, 110 VAC, and 240 VAC power supplies; 115151IS refers specifically to the 24 VDC model, designed to extend the iMAC safety architecture into hazardous areas while maintaining fieldbus isolation and safe installation practices.
