Industrial 20-4400-12 CPS-5 Monitor Assembly

Beck CPS‑5 Monitor / Isolator Assembly, model 20‑4400‑12, is a Beck Industrial CPS‑5 monitoring module that supervises the CPS‑5 position signal and delivers an isolated position output to the Electronic Signal Receiver (ESR‑5) for Beck actuators. The unit comprises a Monitor / Isolator board wired to a transformer/terminal block, with terminal labeling including +V, COM, and -V, and connectors for CPS‑5 position sensor and power interfaces (J1–J3). CPS‑5 models 20‑4400‑12, ‑13, ‑14, and ‑15 are provided with this Monitor / Isolator capability, delivering an isolated position signal to ESR‑5; if the monitored signal exceeds established limits, the monitor relay contact opens, enabling remote signal indication or Loss‑Of‑Signal (LOS) behavior, and the LOS feature can drive the output shaft to a preset position with the LOS LED on ESR‑5. Note that no adjustments should be made on the Monitor / Isolator board.
