The Industrial 2x2JPLBD Air Atomizing Spray Nozzle from BEX is a JPL-series dual-path atomizer that uses compressed air to produce a finely atomized spray, delivering consistent droplet sizes across a broad pressure range for challenging coating, humidification, cooling, and dispersion tasks. The package includes a JPG45 air cap and JL60 liquid nozzle and uses 1/4" x 1/4" connections, enabling straightforward integration with standard piping, manifolds, and adapters while allowing field-changeable spray components for customized patterns. In line with BEX's JPL family, the 2x2JPLBD assembly is available in materials such as 303 and 316 stainless steel and nickel-plated brass, with a seven-piece construction (air cap, liquid nozzle, and fittings) that supports tuning liquid/air flow to shape the target spray.
