Industrial 3300G Fluid Sealing Packing

Industrial Slade 3300G 1-inch fluid sealing packing is a carbon fiber–reinforced graphite packing designed for pumps and valves. Constructed from natural expanded graphite yarns reinforced with carbon fiber, it provides a robust sealing element that can be run flush-free and leak-free in most applications, including power plants. The 3300G is rated for non-oxidizing environments from -400°F to 5400°F (-240°C to 3000°C) and for mild oxidizers up to 1800°F (1000°C), with a maximum valve pressure of 1000 psi (70 bar) and a pH range of 1–14. By turning the stuffing box into a heat sink, it helps conduct heat away from the shaft, reducing the need for external cooling in many service conditions. The 3300G line also includes variants such as 3300W (Inconel-reinforced for higher pressures) and 3300LC (low-chloride, high-purity for nuclear service), offering a family of high-performance packing options while maintaining broad chemical compatibility and robust sealing in demanding industrial environments.
