The Trico 36051 2" Even-Flo Nylon Flat Brush Applicator is used in industrial lubrication systems to provide uniform oil distribution across chains, guides, rails, and other moving machine surfaces. Its internal reservoir design delivers oil evenly through the nylon bristles across the contact surface, and it features a 2-inch brush width, 2-5/16-inch overall height, a nylon bristle, and a 1/8-inch NPT thread for connection to lubrication and re-lubrication oilers, with a maximum operating temperature of 160°F (71°C). Commonly deployed on conveyor systems, chain drives, packaging machinery, material handling equipment, and production machinery in manufacturing plants, packaging facilities, mining operations, paper mills, and food processing equipment where uniform oil application helps reduce wear and maximize equipment uptime.
