Industrial 3NC150.6 NC150 Counter Module

The 3NC150.6 is a B&R NC150 counter module that provides two 32‑bit counter channels and two 12‑bit, ±10 V analog outputs in a single System 2005 width. It accepts two inputs for incremental encoders up to 100 kHz, with a 5–30 V encoder supply; an 8‑pin terminal block is included and the channels are accessed via two 9‑pin DSUB connectors, with software‑configurable incremental or up/down operation. This module is designed for positioning tasks in single or dual‑axis controllers and is CE and UL (cULus E115267) approved, IP20 protected, operable from 0 to 60°C with 5–95% RH, and draws about 5 W total (3.5 W at 24 VDC and 1.5 W at 5 VDC); the DAC outputs run at ±10 V with 12‑bit resolution and a 35 µs conversion time.
