Industrial 5030SDS Sprocket

The 5030SDS Sprocket is a single-strand roller chain sprocket for ANSI #50 drives, featuring 30 teeth and a 1-3/8" bore designed for SDS quick-detachable bushings. The SDS Quick Detachable (QD) design allows easy installation and precise alignment on a 1-3/8" shaft while maintaining efficient torque transfer in industrial power transmission systems. Crafted from steel with hardened teeth and a protective finish (black oxide or other manufacturer coating), it measures approximately 6.32" outside diameter, 5.98" pitch diameter, and 3.25" hub diameter, with a through-bore length of about 1.25". The sprocket uses a 5/16" x 5/32" keyway, includes two set screws, and supports a 5/8" (0.625") chain pitch; it is a B-hub style with a single strand. Compatible equipment includes conveyors, packaging machinery, agricultural equipment, and other industrial machinery where reliable power transmission and synchronized motion are required. Common replacements include Martin 50SDS30, Browning 50SDS30, and Tsubaki 50SDS30 sprockets.
