Industrial 5C2001.01 Programmable Automation Controller

The B&R Automation Processor 5C2001.01 Provit 2000 Industrial PC is a compact automation controller that centers on an 80486DX2-66 MHz processor, pairing 8 MB of DRAM, 256 KB of SRAM, and 2 MB of FPROM for onboard program and data storage. It includes a Compact Flash Slot Type I for removable storage and a PC Card slot, along with two serial interfaces and one parallel interface, CAN bus connectivity, and a Dallas hardware security key for protection. For operator interaction and diagnostics, the unit provides a flat display/monitor interface, a PS/2 AT keyboard connection, and compatibility with PanelWare keypad modules and external devices, making it suitable as an integrated industrial PC–based control solution when paired with an attached display.
