Industrial 60.0300.05 VB Unloader Valve Assembly

The UNLOADER 60.0300.05 VB Unloader Valve is a 4‑way VB130 series device that automatically regulates maximum system pressure and diverts flow to bypass when the discharge line is closed. Designed for clean water applications, it combines a brass and steel body with a stainless steel plunger and valve seat, and uses a 3/8 in NPT male inlet and outlet with a 3/8 in female bypass connection. It is rated for up to 18 MPa (180 bar / 2600 PSI) maximum pressure, with a rated pressure of 16 MPa (160 bar / 2300 PSI) and a maximum flow of 25 L/min, and supports service up to 90°C. Commonly installed in pressure washers, industrial cleaning equipment, car wash systems, and pumping skids, the valve unloads flow when the spray gun or downstream valve closes to protect pumps and maintain stable operating pressure.
