Industrial 81725-02 Proximity Sensor 18-24V DC

The Bently Nevada 81725-02 Prox Sensor is a 14 mm diameter proximity transducer (7200 Series) designed for non‑contact shaft position and relative vibration measurement in rotating machinery. It is powered from 18–24 V DC and, as part of the 7200 proximity transducer system, senses the gap between the probe tip and a metallic surface, converting that spacing into a proportional negative DC voltage read by a Proximitor/interface module. The compact 14 mm probe diameter supports installation in tight spaces, and the sensor is rated for harsh environments with a temperature range from -34°C to 177°C. This sensor delivers a continuous proximity signal used to monitor radial vibration and axial thrust position, enabling condition monitoring and early fault detection when paired with the appropriate Proximitor hardware in the Bently Nevada system.
