RedHat 8317G023 is a brass-bodied, 3‑way, 2‑position quick‑exhaust solenoid valve designed for pneumatic systems, rated for 120V AC (110–120V range) at 50/60 Hz and drawing about 10.1 watts. The valve uses a brass body with NBR seals and 1/4‑inch pipe connections (NPTF), delivering rapid venting to atmosphere through the exhaust port when de‑energized (Normally Closed). It is suitable for media such as air, inert gases, light oil, and water, and is commonly used in analytical and diagnostic equipment, automotive, heating equipment, and dust‑collection systems.
