The Subaru 87611AL02A Blind Spot Monitor Sensor is a direct-fit radar sensor for Subaru's factory ADAS blind spot system, designed to detect vehicles in adjacent lanes and support rear cross-traffic alert on 2018–2019 Legacy and Outback models. This new OEM replacement unit mounts in the rear bumper (left or right, application-dependent) and uses an OEM-style electrical connector to restore blind spot monitoring during ADAS servicing, radar sensor replacement, or rear bumper repairs. Common replacements include radar sensor bracket, rear bumper harness, and rear cross-traffic alert sensor.
