The TREX-ONICS 97048 Micro Quick Connect Cord-set provides a sealed, quick-disconnect power and signal link between sensors, actuators, and control equipment in industrial automation. Commonly installed on conveyors, packaging machinery, material handling equipment, robotic systems, and automated production lines that require sealed connectivity, it supports 300 VAC/VDC, with a 15 ft cable length and a Micro Quick Connect connector (configuration dependent). The high-flex Trex-Onics control cable uses finely stranded tinned copper conductors and an oil- and chemical-resistant jacket (TPE/PVC blend, series dependent). It carries IP68/IP69K protection when properly mated and operates from -20°C to 80°C in harsh industrial environments.
