Industrial 986-0054E Ethernet Terminal Control

The WTC 986-0054E Ethernet Terminal Control (WebVIEW-Enet) is an industrial Ethernet interface that networks and monitors resistance welding control systems, designed to connect Medar and WTC weld controllers over Ethernet and MedLAN. It supports Ethernet and RS485 MedLAN communications with up to 4 isolated MedLAN channels, allowing up to 30 WCU per channel and up to 4 DEP panels per MedLAN channel. Configured for 120/240 VAC input at 50/60 Hz, draws up to 1 A, and weighs about 7.75 lb, with RJ45 10/100 BaseT Ethernet and industrial panel or tooling mounting. Common installations include automotive manufacturing plants, robotic spot-welding stations, automated production lines, and other industrial fabrication facilities where centralized weld controller access, diagnostics, and network-based monitoring are needed.
