Industrial AFI-3 Controller is the analog control brain of Apogee Sound's AFI-Series Contractor loudspeakers, packing a Main Frame that accepts four voicing modules to tailor performance across AFI models. It works with the DLC24 Digital Loudspeaker Controller, a digital engine with an analog surface that provides factory-set EQ curves, protective limiting, and active crossovers—two module bays are required for bi-amplified configurations. Barrier-strip inputs and outputs live on the AFI Controller, while the DLC24 offers standard XLR I/O, delivering installer-friendly connectivity for fixed installations or live sound applications using AFI-3 or AFI-3W loudspeakers.
