AGI’s AGMS-1-2 Mini Powered Linear Slide Actuator is a compact, built‑in air‑cylinder linear slide designed for precise motion in tight spaces. It delivers a 1 inch (25.4 mm) stroke with a thrust of 15 lb extended and 13 lb retract at 80 psi (5.5 bar), supports a maximum payload of 7 lb (3.2 kg), and uses a T‑slot bearing along the carriage and end plate for even load distribution. The piston diameter is 0.50 in (12.7 mm); weight is 3.2 oz (90 g); and the body is made from high‑strength aluminum alloys with bronze components. Operating pressure ranges 20–120 psi (1.4–8 bar) and the temperature range is −20°F to 150°F (−28°C to 80°C). Side play is limited to ±0.001 in (0.03 mm). Built‑in stroke adjustment with a stroke lock permits repeatable operation, and Hall effect position sensors are available to monitor stroke with options for Extend, Retract, or Both and various sensor connectors (potted, quick disconnect, or right‑angle). The AGMS‑1‑2 family provides multiple mounting surfaces on the body and end plate for flexible installation, making it suitable for precision pick‑and‑place, small‑part assembly, and other compact automation tasks where space is critical.
