AGI's AGW-625-2 Wide Body Parallel Jaw Pneumatic Gripper is a two-jaw, parallel-motion gripper with a 2-inch stroke designed for large parts and rigid tooling. It operates from 20 to 120 psi and delivers a gripping force per jaw of 130 lbf at 80 psi (opening 132 lbf per jaw at the same pressure), with a 1.625-inch piston bore and a body weight of 6.3 lb. Four independent pistons provide a high grip‑force‑to‑weight ratio and true parallel jaw motion, while the unit is permanently lubricated for non-lubricated air operation and features full‑length jaw shafts for high side-load resistance, with proximity switches available to monitor open/closed positions. Constructed from high‑strength aluminum bronze alloys and steel, it withstands a temperature range from -20 to 180°F (-28 to 80°C).
