ALCO UN4NS-1M stainless-steel needle valve delivers precise isolation and throttling in high-pressure systems, featuring a 316 stainless steel body and 316SS trim with a hardened 17-4PH needle tip and RTFE packing for reliable, leak-tight operation. It uses 1/2" NPT female connections on both the inlet and outlet, enabling straightforward integration with standard fittings in instrumentation lines. Rated for up to 10,000 psi (690 bar) at 38°C, this valve is suitable for high-pressure gas and liquid service, while its operating temperature range of -40°C to +230°C supports use in demanding laboratory and field environments.
