Industrial AN35S2MC02RA-ISL61 Valve Controller

Valmet's Stonel Axiom AN35S2MC02RA-ISL61 is a compact, on/off valve controller designed to mount to rotary quarter-turn actuators, delivering integrated pneumatics, solid‑state sensors, and rugged construction for hazardous environments. The AN35/ANX35 family features universal voltage switching and solenoid actuation (single- or dual-coil configurations) with flow capacities of 0.8 Cv or 1.2 Cv and an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 80 °C. Construction options include the AN housing with epoxy‑coated anodized aluminum and a polycarbonate cover, while ANX variants use an epoxy‑coated aluminum enclosure and CF3M stainless steel cover, complemented by a rebreather system to minimize contamination ingress. Hazardous-area approvals cover Ex i, Class I, Division 1 (I.S.) for AN and Ex d, Ex i, Class I, Division 1 (XP) for ANX, with optional wireless access for configuration and diagnostics to simplify setup and maintenance.
