Industrial AP3540SM Stainless Diaphragm Valve

AP3540SM 2PW FV4 is a springless, stainless diaphragm valve from AP Tech designed for precise control of ultra-high-purity process gases. Built with a stainless steel body (options include 316L stainless steel or Ni-Cr-Mo alloy), it supports up to 145 psig (10 bar) and offers a Cv of 0.29 for efficient flow in compact gas-handling assemblies. This normally closed (NC) diaphragm valve is pneumatically actuated and provides 1/4" or 3/8" connection options (tube stub and 1/4" face seal) to fit tight, high-purity gas systems. The AP3540SM family is widely used in semiconductor and biotech gas delivery, as well as other clean environments where material compatibility and cleanability are critical. For safety and compliance, options such as LOTO and switch configurations are available with process-safety integrations.
