The AP79PSNST Pneumatic Actuator is Asahi/America’s Series 79 air-to-spring actuator designed for 1" Type-21/23 Duo-Bloc ball valves, delivering a reliable spring-return action with an air-open configuration. This single-acting unit operates on 80–120 psi supply and uses preloaded springs to return to the closed position, providing fail-closed behavior if pressure is lost. When paired with the Duo-Bloc 21 valve package, the device provides a 1040 N actuation rating and is built to withstand ambient temperatures up to 176°F, making it suitable for corrosive service in chemical processing and water treatment environments.
