Industrial BDP402-000 DC Drive Controller Module

The Carotron BDP402-000 Blazer DC Drive is a single-phase, isolated DC motor drive designed for precise control of small motors in industrial equipment. It accepts 115 VAC ±10% at 50/60 Hz or 230 VAC ±10% at 50/60 Hz and provides armature output of 0–90 VDC for the 115 VAC input or 0–180 VDC for the 230 VAC input, supporting 1/4–1 HP at 90 VDC or 1/2–2 HP at 180 VDC. A field supply is supplied: 100 VDC @ 1 A for 115 VAC input, or 200 VDC @ 1 A for 230 VAC input. The drive offers tight speed regulation of ±2% of base speed, with tachometer or encoder feedback achieving ±0.5% of base speed, and torque regulation of ±2% of the current range. It is part of Carotron’s Blazer line and is designed for isolated operation, making it suitable for robust, compact control of small DC motors in industrial applications.
