Industrial BOV Recirculation Boost Bypass Valve

The Industrial BOV Recirculation Boost Bypass Valve is a pressure-actuated turbocharger diverter valve that recirculates excess boost back into the intake when the throttle closes, protecting the turbo from compressor surge and maintaining smooth boost response. It features an aluminum alloy housing paired with a rubber/silicone diaphragm and operates via vacuum and boost pressure, mounting directly to the turbocharger or along the charge pipe. This valve is designed for VW and Audi turbocharged engines, notably 1.8T and 2.7T platforms such as MK4 and B6 chassis, using OEM-style hose or flange connections to fit standard recirculation-type boost control systems. Typical operating pressure range is boost-dependent, generally suitable for systems up to ~1.5–2.0 bar. Common replacements include OEM Bosch 06A 145 710N diverter valve (VW/Audi 1.8T upgrade), Forge Motorsport recirculation diverter valve, and the GFB DV+ piston diverter valve upgrade kit.
