Industrial BRE2200 Rectangular Static Bar

The BRE2200 Rectangular Static Bar from Static Clean International is a shockless, linear air ionizer that creates a dense field of positive and negative ions to neutralize static on moving materials, helping prevent jams, mis-feeds, and ESA-related contamination on substrates like paper, film, textiles, and plastics. It features a compact outer profile (0.75" wide by 0.88" high) in a clear anodized aluminum extrusion and is offered in overall lengths from 4.75" to 142.75" in 3" increments (custom sizes available), with an effective length 1.06" shorter than the overall length. Emitters are 316 stainless steel pins spaced ¾" on-center and are capacitively coupled for shockless operation, with an enlarged air-dielectric cavity at the end caps to improve reliability. The system includes universal mounting brackets with adjustable 8-32 x 0.5" studs and hex-nuts, plus a 72" high-voltage cable in flex conduit and a factory-installed spring-loaded connector to mate with 7.0–8.0 kV power supplies (TSN70/TSN75A or comparable; optional shielded HV cable available; supplies sold separately). Certifications include UL, cUL, and CE. The BRE2200 is designed for tight installation spaces and supports operation at an optimum range of 0.75"–3" from the target, with an integral 72" HV cable facilitating straightforward integration into existing processes.
