The BrainChild BTC-9090 is a compact 1/16 DIN microprocessor-based temperature controller that combines fuzzy-logic-enhanced PID with fast setpoint attainment for small-panel installations. Its front panel features dual 4-digit LED displays (PV and SV) on a 48×48 mm enclosure and supports heating/cooling or ON-OFF control, with an optional RS-485/RS-232 communication interface. The BTC-9090 accepts a wide range of inputs, including thermocouples and RTDs, and provides both automatic and manual tuning to suit diverse processes. Power options cover 90–264 VAC or 20–32 VDC, and it is designed for compact installations requiring ramp/soak cycles and precise temperature regulation.
