Bijur TM-1 C2803 dual-piston lubricator pump is a compact, single-phase oil pump designed for centralized lubrication systems, delivering 0.2 to 1.0 cc per cycle. Operated from a 115 VAC, 1-phase supply (50/60 Hz), it uses a motor-driven, spring-discharge piston design and a 6.25-minute duty cycle to meter lubricant through a 5/16-24 outlet. The reservoir is a 1 pint capacity and the unit includes a 40-micron inlet filter to protect the metering components; the lubricant viscosity range supported is 150–8000 SSU. The maximum discharge pressure is 20–50 psi (1.3–3.4 bar), and the operating temperature range is 40°F to 105°F (5°C to 40°C).
