The Chen Ying CES automatic lubrication pump (110V) dispenses a fixed volume of lubricant—3–6 cc per stroke—at a 10-minute cycle, enabling unattended lubrication of industrial equipment. It is powered by a 4W motor at 110V (50/60 Hz) with a nominal current draw around 0.10 A, and offers a discharge bore of Ø4 mm or Ø6 mm with a maximum operating pressure of 3 kgf/cm². The unit is designed for oils with viscosities of 32–68 cSt at 40°C and supports an adjustable discharge volume within the 3–6 cc range (CESMA, CESMB, CESC variants); other CES models offer 1–6 cc options on request. Typical applications include lubrication of linear guides, sliding ways, cams, and other mechanical linkages in automated machinery where a controlled, periodic oil delivery is required.
