Industrial CTA-50 Current Sensor

Industrial CTA-50 Current Sensor from Automation Components, Inc. (A/CTA2-50 family) is a DIN rail‑mounted analog current sensor that delivers a 4-20 mA output proportional to electrical current flowing through a 50 A primary path; it is available in solid‑core configurations. The device operates from a 12 to 30 VDC supply (sensor supply) and draws up to 36 mA, with selectable measurement ranges of 0-10 A, 0-20 A, or 0-50 A; the 4-20 mA signal is two‑wire, loop‑powered. The solid‑core version measures about 70.1 mm wide, 84.9 mm tall, and 26.7 mm deep and mounts on a 35 mm DIN rail, with common applications in load trending, basic power monitoring, pumps, fans, and industrial control; it is not intended for life/safety or hazardous locations.
