Industrial D2-03B-1 Base IO Module for 3-Slot External 110-220V

DirectLOGIC D2-03B-1 is a DL205 I/O base, a 3-slot foundation for DirectLOGIC DL205 expansion that accepts external 110–220 VAC power and can be mounted on a DIN rail or panel, enabling flexible integration into control panels or enclosure racks. It provides 24 VDC isolated auxiliary power up to 300 mA for local peripherals, and supports 110/220 VAC operation with input ranges of 85–132 VAC (110 range) and 170–264 VAC (220 range) at 47–63 Hz, delivering up to 30 A inrush and a maximum 80 VA of power to feed I/O modules and signal conditioning circuitry. Safety and isolation features include a dielectric withstand of 1 minute at 1,500 VAC between primary, secondary, field ground, and run relay, plus insulation resistance greater than 10 MΩ at 500 VDC; as a -1 variant, it expands the DL205 base with additional slots for a broad range of DirectLOGIC I/O modules used in industrial automation applications such as machine control, packaging lines, and process control.
