Industrial DCG-200M Digital Crosshair/Reticle Generator overlays precise digital reticles on a live video feed, delivering seven selectable patterns without degrading the signal thanks to full-digital circuitry. It supports S-Video and composite inputs/outputs and is compatible with NTSC, PAL, EIA, and CCIR video standards, making it suitable for a wide range of cameras and displays. The device features a membrane keypad with pattern lock, offers solid or dashed line options, and provides white or black lines for clear visibility across different backgrounds. A 12 VDC power supply is included for use with 120 VAC mains, and note that older 6 VDC versions are not compatible with this model. Compact at 5.75 inches wide, 4.25 inches long, and 1.38 inches high, the DCG-200M fits neatly into test rigs, inspection stations, or microscopy setups. In practice, it overlays stable digital reticles such as crosshairs, boxes, circles or squares, and pointers onto a camera feed to improve alignment, repeatability, and documentation during imaging, metrology, PCB inspection, or QA workflows. Hold/Lockout mode prevents unintentional repositioning after setup, and internal memory retains the last pattern and settings after power is removed, enabling quick return to reference positions in subsequent runs.
